Executive Summary
Tensor Dynamics Solutions (TDS) is a proudly SME B-BBEE Level 1 contributor and designed to train and educate South Africa citizens to understand and follow the important rules and policies of Environment Health Safety (EHS) ACT. 
The regular EHS study and training aims to reduce health care costs, increase staff productivity, reduce absenteeism, enhance employee morale, attract and retain high-quality employees and create a positive return on investment for the business. TDS will be South Africa's pioneer Industrial Environment Health Safety training provider and will serve area businesses, helping them to become more productive, while lowering their overall costs.
In their attempt to reduce health care, operation costs, employers "want" their employees to work more efficiency and quality. Through its mission of promoting total health--body, mind, and spirit--while developing and nurturing partnerships with regional businesses, TDS will fulfill area employer "wants" and "needs."
TDS's existence is based on two simple facts:
1.    Healthy and well-trained employees are more productive than un-trained employees.
2.    It costs less to prevent injuries than to treat them after they occur.

Since S.A reported the first Covid-19 cases in KZN, TDS immediately notified ALL STAFF of the situation and informed what the do's and don'ts regarding the prevention of the global pandemic disease. We immediately updated all EHS files, staff PPE (adding surgical masks, sanitisers, etc) preparations with all new requirements from our customers.
